Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PulseAI application and related services (the "Service") provided by Nanoologi Ltd. ("Nanoologi", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use PulseAI. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To access PulseAI features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

3. Use of Service

3.1 Permitted Use

PulseAI is designed for personal, non-commercial use. The AI-curated content feed is provided for informational purposes only. We do not create the underlying news content -- we aggregate and rank content from third-party sources.

3.2 Prohibited Conduct

• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code.
• Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service.
• Circumventing security or access control features.
• Reselling or commercially exploiting the Service.
• Attempting to manipulate the AI recommendation engine.

4. Content & Third-Party Sources

PulseAI aggregates content from third-party publishers and news sources. We do not endorse, guarantee the accuracy of, or assume responsibility for any third-party content displayed in your feed. Links to external websites are subject to those sites' own terms and privacy policies.

5. Intellectual Property

The PulseAI application, AI recommendation engine, user interface, and all related intellectual property are owned by Nanoologi Ltd. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for personal purposes. PulseAI, Nanoologi, and all related trademarks are the property of Nanoologi Ltd.

6. AI-Generated Content

PulseAI uses artificial intelligence to generate summaries, categorizations, and recommendations. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or errors. You should verify important information from original sources. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated summaries or recommendations.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI RECOMMENDATIONS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PURPOSE. NANOOLOGI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NANOOLOGI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time. You may delete your account through app settings or by contacting custumer.support@nanoologi.com. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Tel Aviv, Israel.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
