Brizze Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Brizze (the "App"), operated by Nanoologi ("Nanoologi", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Service Description

Brizze displays wind forecast data and, where available, live station readings for surf, kite, and windsurf spots worldwide. Wind speed, gust, and direction figures are sourced from third-party meteorological and station-data providers and are refreshed periodically, not continuously in real time.

2. Informational Use Only — No Safety Guarantee

Wind data is provided for general informational and planning purposes only. It is not a substitute for on-site observation, official marine or weather-service advisories, or your own judgment. Wind, water, and weather conditions can change rapidly and without warning. You are solely responsible for evaluating actual conditions before and during any water sport activity, and for your own safety and that of others in your care. Nanoologi accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from decisions made in reliance on data shown in the App.

3. Data Accuracy

Wind data is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete, temporarily unavailable, or inaccurate. We make reasonable efforts to keep data current but do not warrant its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

4. Accounts

Creating an account is optional. If you sign in (via Google, Apple, or email), you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the address below.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law;
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or the data of other users;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the App's underlying data feeds for redistribution or commercial resale without our written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, branding, and underlying software are owned by Nanoologi and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose on your own devices.

7. Changes to the App and These Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nanoologi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
